Your username/account name is your full Email address. (Note this may be different to what you are used to - with many systems the username may just be the first part of the address, but here you must enter the full Email address)
Example:
Imagine your domain name is www.mydomain.co.uk
and your Email address is info@mydomain.co.uk
You would enter the following information:
Incoming Mail (POP3): mail.mydomain.co.uk
Outgoing Mail (SMTP): mail.mydomain.co.uk
Username/Account Name: info@mydomain.co.uk
Password: (your password)
