How do I change my Credit or Debit Card details?

Please ensure your Credit or Debit Card details are always up-to-date to ensure your account payments can be taken via your FuturePay agreement.

If your card has expired, or you are receiving invoice payment reminders from nativespace as we have been unable to take payment, you should have received an Email from RBS WorldPay with instructions. You have two choices with regards to updating your card information, and can either do this through your My Nativespace area, or directly with WorldPay.

Method 1 (Client Area)

1. Email customerservice@nativespace.com from your registered login email address stating that you would like to remove your existing agreement. 
2. When your next invoice is raised, login to your client area at http://www.nativespace.com/clients
3. Click 'My Invoices'
4. Alongside the latest invoice marked as 'Unpaid' click 'View Invoice'
5. Click 'Pay Now' and complete payment.
6. You should receive a message stating your payment is successful. Your payment is complete and card details updated.

Method 2 (via WorldPay)

A: Your FuturePay agreement ID can be located in Emails sent directly to you from RBS WorldPay. Whenever a payment is made, you receive an Email detailing the transaction, and this will contain your FuturePay agreement ID.

Q: I've updated my details - what happens now?

A: Once you have updated your details, please complete payment by logging into the My Nativespace Area (<a href="https://my.nativespace.co.uk" target="_blank">click here</a>), locating your invoice and then clicking the 'Pay Now' button.

Q: Can I contact nativespace directly to update my card details?

A: All payments are handled by WorldPay and for your security, nativespace do not store any sensitive information such as Credit Card numbers.
